Vi skapar metoder för er att använda i er verksamhet och för att nå de resultat ni är ute efter. En metod fungerar sällan ensam därför bistår vi även med strategiskt arbete för implementeringen.
Arbetet hämtar och lånar från kända metoder som Mål- och Resultatstyrning, Logical Framework Approach, Motiverande samtal, Bryt! och anpassas till kundens önskemål. Genom vår metodik blir det en underhållande men givande och konstruktiv aha-upplevelse där åhörarna får med sig nya perspektiv och en utgångspunkt för förändring hos individen.
Klassisk metodutveckling där vi först analyserar situationen, sedan testar och skapar en metod för att lösa den och slutligen levererar en lösning.
